This patient was a 28 year-old trans-male from out of town who otherwise would have been in a 36 C-cup bra size range, with minimal ptosis (drooping). I advised him that he was an excellent candidate for single-stage FTM “top surgery” chest masculinization. This was able to be completed as a single stage operation (with the removal of 400-450gm per side); photographs here represent one week post-op immediately after removal of the drains, before the patient returned home.
