33 year-old transgender male with a 42DD bra size chest, already on testosterone. Underwent chest masculinization as a single-stage procedure (with adjuvant axillary liposuction), which resulted in excellent flattening/masculinization of the chest, and very acceptable, well-located scars (photographs are from approximately 6 months post-op).
